So far this year, Hipes signed three new tenants for the newly revamped space:

• Total Wine & More, which in February signed a 10-year lease for 26,437 square feet

• Ross Dress for Less, which in March signed a 10-year lease for 25,000 square feet

• Shoe Carnival, which in April signed a 10-year lease for 12,000 square feet

- Colonial Plaza West?
