Saw where the Woodlands is coming to Ben Hurr rd at the Nicholson intersection. I believe this is the first development on this side of Hurr (the other on the opposite side of Nicholson/Burbank. 300+ residential student units and shopping/office space.

If south Baton Rouge can contain the crime in Gardere and the new office park takes off on GRSI rd then we are going to have a very nice, thriving part of town
