It's the demographic of their workers. they are far more likely to want to live and work in the downtown/urban area than Lavergne. They don't rely on cars or need the backyards as much as some folks do!

Oh yeah, definitely dead. Just using the wording in the article. I'm glad as well that no money was dealt out to this company.
