So this is going to be a 5-story apartment building.. "Midtown Place"

Southland will build a five-story complex, with 15,000 square feet of ground-level parking and four floors of apartments, totaling 60 units. Continuing with this project's refreshing run of specificity, the permit says there 44 will be one-bedroom and 16 two-bedroom units. The living space totals 40,665 square feet.

Drive by this constantly. They are throwing it up quickly. I'm certain it will look nice(as all Core projects have) and blend into the neighborhood well. Good to get more residential in that area as well.

I love it! I wish we could get a project like this in the $150,000- $175,000 range and I would be there in a minute.
