New Davenport University Campus Downtown

It's great to see the old Custer Office Environments building re-used again. It hasn't seen much life since it was an ArtPrize venue a few years ago.

One thing President Pappas mentioned about picking that site is that they had the option to expand (up) if need be; and he thinks they'll need to in a few years.

I have a recent picture with the new paint job and signs I'll try and post later.

Does anyone else find it odd that they vacated an entire campus in Heritage Hill to move to Caledonia only a few years ago, and then bought a building downtown to house their MBA program?

It is nice to see something being done with that building though.

A comment was made by a member of the press at their opening event about moving out of Heritage Hill, but it was dodged.

Just noticed today that they cleaned up that parking lot. It was pretty skanky, even as far as parking lots go.
