Harp's is coming the to the Sherwood/Gravel Ridge area at the intersection of Brockington and 107.  Not that exciting but this area has needed a closer option for groceries for awhile.

A new sign is up at the corner of Brockington and 107. It says "Coming Soon Brockington Crossing". It appears to have three strip type buildings across the back with two outlots along Brockington and three along 107. That land has been cleared and leveled for awhile. Would be nice if something actually happened. The Harp's has been coming soon for over a year now.

It turns out the new Harps in Sherwood is planning on having a Dunkin' Donuts with a drive-thru window be included in the store.  They are still working out the details with DD and that is what is holding things up.  Apparently they have one in their Springdale store and it has done well.  Hopefully they can start soon because it has been "Coming Soon" for a loooong time.

This might finally be getting under way. There were some excavators out doing dirt work at the back of the lot.

Starbucks has a plumbing permit for the corner of North Hills and JFK. This area has needed one for years. This intersection has seen a lot of changes the last year or so. The pharmacy and bank were torn down for a new, yet unnamed building.  A new strip center has popped up in front of Gadwall's. A new flea market is open. Little Ceasar's built a new location. Glad some things are happening in my neck of the woods.

DQ has a plumbing permit for Sherwood. No address listed but a DemGaz artcile says Country Club near Wildwood. That would place it somewhere in the area of Academy Sports.

There is an address when you click the link to the individual permit:  1420 Country Club Road, which figures to be the property immediately north of the turnoff to Heritage and Bright Ideas, or the second tract north of First Arkansas Bank & Trust.  Like the forthcoming Little Rock location on 12th Street, it seems this DQ would be a bit tucked back. But it will also be near a sizable residential area that may better appreciate the development than the freeway and Warden Road travelers.

Ahhh...totally missed that. That is an odd place for any fast food joint. No one will know it's there from 67/167. Directly north of the Academy parking lot across Wildwood or next to On the Border would have the better visibility. When I lived in Conway, I always thought that DQ seemed a little out of the way from most everything else. That side of Conway has built up quite a bit since I moved away so maybe DQ knows something we don't?

Woodland Town Center is coming along nicely. They have been working for a few months now. Will soon house The Salon Professional Academy, Woodland Bakery & Bistro, Healthy U, Crestwood Dry Cleaners, Edward Jones Financial, and Harris & Renshaw Physical Therapy. Across Brockington, There is some new ground work happening in front of the McDonald's.

The Humble Crumb bakery has upgraded from a garage to a new building at Kellogg Acres and 107.
