Surprised this didn't get some mention here, but the Kalamazoo section isn't very active.

Billed as a “skyline-changing” development for downtown Kalamazoo, the mixed-use building slated for the southeast corner of Michigan Avenue and Rose Street represents a variety of opportunities for developer and property manager Phoenix Properties.

The anchor retail tenant of the $24 million, eight-story, 200,000-square-foot building is an undisclosed bank. In addition to the bank, its drive-through and visitor parking, another 4,000 to 5,000 square feet of retail space remains on the first floor. Construction still hasn't started on this building yet. Is it still a go? Anyone know?
