I tipped a few in the Lady. It was "the" place in Hartford for a long time.

The new Russian Lady will feature three levels of nightlife entertainment. The first floor will offer a wide range of imported and domestic beers on tap at the old bar built from the doors of the former Hartford Public High School. The second level will feature a Vodka Lounge with 100 different types of vodka, while the rooftop will be a Cigar Lounge.
