There's a rendering here of the parking garage/retail building at 4th Ave and Commerce, showing a significant makeover. The concrete skin appears to have a dark treatment, and the retail space on the ground floor shows major improvements.

This is an old rendering come to find out, but there is a banner on the side of the building indicating leasing available. It would be nice to activate this corner.
