Not happy with the yellow vinyl siding. Looks cheap, suburban, and nothing like the original renderings. When is design review gonna start making these developers stick to the original plan?

What the heck? That looks absolutely NOTHING like the rendering. NOTHING! Instead of a cool modern look, it instead looks like a cheap cookie cutter 90s apartment complex.

It looks like something out of L.A. Not so sure that's a good thing. I don't necessarily hate it as much as everyone else, but it's definitely blecchy...

Still not as nice as the original shots, but better than the shots from a couple weeks ago.

This building honestly looks better in person. The side facing Granby is starting to pop as some of the paneling is painted blue. I'm interested to see the overall appearance once it's complete.

This development has a nice presence to the Granby/Monticello corridors. A great improvement over what was there previously.

I checked out a unit a few weeks ago. Really nice building...I believe they made use of recycled materials on the interior.
