If the Eakin tower and the Ray Henslar project get built, the that corner is going to be a statement. The 22 story will go across the street where the Nashville Scene building is. BTW, I took a look on bid clerk for those two buildings a couple of weks ago and they have tenative start dates of 2nd qtr next year.

I am having a real hard time posting my renderings. It has been a while since I have been able to spend time on here.

The Eakin project is listed on their web site as having a phase ! and phase 2. One is a 14 story and the other is a 20 story.

Very impressive. Let's hope Eakin and Hensler have the financial resources to get these built. Five years from now the Gulch is going to be impressive.
