kind of a panel of hartford leaders being asked the same question.

I especially found St Jo's presidents perspective interesting... wanting the city to donate property for a dorm tower downtown..

anyways interesting partly because every perspective is unique and these are actually leaders in the community that have sway.

I would love to see a development like the BU student village 2 done for all the hartford schools right in downtown. add 100 pharm students and I saw an obvious change in downtown(I see the pharm students everywhere) instead add 960 undergrads...... and well boom, totally different city
