The former West End YWCA on Glade St. is planned for residential. Benton Investment co. plans to bring 21 single family homes on the surrounding property and 6 high-end condos inside the original YWCA. Like the rest of historic West End, the homes will feature wide porches, high celings and courtyards.

An open house to discuss the development will be on Nov. 20 in YWCA building.
