Driving around Nashville today I noticed how many neighborhoods have new houses in them. Many look like they're made of 'plastic' and kind of look cheap (between 8th and 12th Ave S for example). And there's so many of them. Any idea if these houses are well made/durable? How will they age in 10-20 years?

 

Any insights would be greatly appreciated
