Members of the Metro Planning Commission will remotely call into their two meetings set for April — a solution that will allow votes to occur for development proposals and zoning requests that are vital steps in the timeline of a real estate deal.

That approach should come as a relief to many in the real estate community who have been attempting to forge ahead with their plans amid total uncertainty about how long the coronavirus pandemic, and its economic damage, will last.

I know right? I think that gap to the left of the Renaissance and to the right of the Cambria might be filled by the new Tony G building in front of the YMCA.

I'm going to try to get one from each cardinal direction in the coming week as I can't go to the gym anymore, I have a lot of free time in the afternoon.

There is an angle where 440 runs into I40 that I think is the best around. Too bad someone can’t just park the car on that part of 440 because that angle has a pretty consistent line of buildings.

Alright....I saw your Bat signal, so here it is.

Just the highlights. From what I can tell, the view of Broadwest is hidden by other buildings. I may have misplaced a few projects slightly in the diagram, but you get the idea. This will be one hell of a skyline when you can visualize the extent of it (25 blocks by 10 blocks) like this.

Ok, back to the Batcave. I will post some more occasionally  as my other priority personal projects and activities I wanted to focus on are on hold for a while.

And maybe we'll finally get to see a great panorama of the DT and MT skylines from the Fern Street overpass without the trees.

Dang!!! Let's hope they all get built.  Of the ones that don't yet have a groundbreaking... Paramount, Amazon 3, Buckingham Gulch, Swerdling hotel and the Hensler Tower at the Trolley barns, what do you all think are the odds for each?

I think it's Buckingham in Gold - with 19th and Broad to it's left, and Gulch Endeavor, Broadwest, One22One to its right?

Has anyone heard anything about the Demonbreun Hill project? I'm actually hoping with my fingers crossed that this is dead. I really don't want to lose the strip of businesses down Demonbreun...it's a vibrant, human-scale area, that would be a huge loss for the city. There are plenty of parking lots and brownfields that need to be developed before we knock down this row.

Interestingly, there was a video released of this area from Areal Innovation's week before last. LA_TN alerted me to it, but they never responded to inquiries. So, with that being said there could be something brewing there but we are just not sure yet.

North, South, East, and West. 

All done today except for South. The East view you get the stadium but not a whole lot past that in the background.
