This is from the NBJ. CB Ragland looks to be the wiiner of the prize.

Very good for SoBro and the article also says it would be good for the old Vorhees building as this is its major competition. The Vorhees is on 8th and is expected to undergo a 10 million dollar renavation and small expansion.
