Horseshoe Bar Building on Grandville

Going through Grand Rapids Real Estate Trends I noticed Horseshoe Condos. Has anyone heard anything about them? Its in the old horseshow bar.

WAY over priced in my opinion.

They seem nice. I nice entry option for downtown. That part of town is up and coming as well.

I hear that this building has now changed ownership (no longer owned by the ballet). New owner plans to do some improvements and then lease it out for commercial space up, restaurant/retail/pub down.

The building looks really good.  Nice.
