I guess no one should be surprised Meryl pulled off a win for this film. I didn't get to see it yet, but the trailer and previews looked wonderful.

This is Meryl's third Oscar, but get this: she has been NOMINATED for 17 Oscars! 17! More than any other actor, ever. To see her wikipage with all her nominations is astounding.

Of course I'll buy Iron Lady on DVD.

Meryl Streep strikes again, and wipes the floor with her competition!
