Looks Hartford has been on a few top lists, and their not all bad. It's no surprise since we have as very skilled workforce. Columbia, Missouri beat us out for the top spot.

2. Hartford, Connecticut

What started as a Dutch trading post in 1623 has become one of America's hardest-working towns in 2012. It's a cool stat. Just like the one about being the most productive city in the world. Hartford definitely deserves to toot it's horn about the quality of it's workforce and the corporations that reside here. That is something we have been talking about on this forum for years.
