You don't make it clear

I just joined, and I had to look all over to find where it says "You Need 10 Posts for Full Membership". I did not see this anywhere in Help. I finally stumbled across it in the forums after alot of looking.

Could you put this clearly in Help so that new members can find this out easily.

The help system is really there for usage help in the forums, not particular rules that we may have pertaining to membership. Having said that, I have revised our rules and membership guidelines that users must agree to when signing up for an account to reflect this 10 post count rule. We have a 10 post count rule to ward off spammers and to protect users of this site though I realize that it is a minor inconvenience for legitimate new users.
