Forbes ranks business climates of states

Great job by Forbes, lists every state and multiple categories.

Connecticut checks in at #35. Two troubling numbers, the rank for business costs #47 and the rank for regulatory environmetn #42. Actually I'm suprised their are 8 state behind in regulatory environment.

This next number is good and bad news. Connecticut is propped up by the fact that the state is ranked #2 in quality of life. That is pretty terrific. It says the state is a great place to live. But that doesn't rreally affect business. It just balances out the horrible business climate. If Connecticut wasn't such a great place to live, they would be muh lower than #35 on the business climate scale.
