CT River Blueway

Not entirely sure what this means in terms of projects or funding towards recreation and environmental cleanup... but It cant be bad right?

I still am not sure what this means. I guess its a kind of designation or almost an award for work done. It seems as though it might help make additional conservations more viable doe to federal backing. I wonder if they will bury I-91 (the largest pock on the CT river landscape) and unite the Colt National park with the CT river Blueway :)
