Little by little more of our rights are being taken away from us

Mayor Bloomberg is banning 44-ounce sugary drinks in New York City. Since obesity is a problem, the mayor believes this will help the obesity problem. I have a serious problem with the government telling me what I can and can't eat or drink. If a person wants to eat unhealthy, that's their choice. In any case all anyone can do is buy two medium drinks to make up for the 44-ounce. When you eat inside you get free refills. The government needs to stay out of people's lives. Conservatives always talk about too much government. It seems they don't mind it when it benefits their beliefs. The New York ban will be effective March 2013. All restaurants will have to stop serving those big 44-ounce drinks
