229 Augusta St 3,500 SF Retail building $235K

801 Augusta St. 8,342 SF Retail building $600k. Bought by David Stone/ Stone Family which owns nearly the entire block except one .25 acre parcel. If he were to buy that one, he would have 6 acres total.    

 

Keith Jones, CCIM, was the agent in the lease of 2,500 SF of office space located AT 508 Rhett St. in Greenville by West End North LLC to The Bateman Law Firm.

Brantley Anderson and Taylor Allen were the agents in the lease of 10,660 SF of office space at 15 S. Main St., Suite 400, in Greenville by CAPROCQ GREENVILLE LLC SC to DP3 Architects.

Brantley Anderson and Taylor Allen were the agents in the lease of 12,441 SF of office space at 15 S. Main St., Suite 700, in Greenville by CAPROCQ GREENVILLE LLC to Jackson Lewis.

Brantley Anderson and Taylor Allen were the agents in the lease of 8,207 SF of office space at 15 S. Main St., Suite 900, in Greenville by CAPROCQ GREENVILL LLC to Arthur Gallagher Risk Management Services Inc.

Brad Doyle was the agent in the lease of 3,800 SF of office space at Falls Place Office Building in Greenville to Ambling LLC.

Brad Doyle and Larry Webb were the agents in the sale of 613 E. McBee Ave., Greenville, by Toad Hall LLC to Darryl Holland .

Mark Masaschi, CCIM, and Mark Ratchford, MAI, were the agents in the sale of 656 S. Main St. in Greenville to 656 Partners LLC.

EXTRA, EXTRA !!

BB&T building and parking lot (5.6 acres total) sold to the Beach Company on 7/28/17 for $10 million.

In August $738k building permit issued for 106 Hampton which is vacant lot that is part of the sale. Permit references 1,423 SF which is way over $500 per ft.  Might be a reno to the BB&T building itself though.

Surprised nothing has surfaced on this given Beach Company has already done two major projects here. Those being Main & Stone and South Ridge.

That is strange; though a renovation of the existing building is likely. I would have expected some sort of announcement as to their plans for the building. The only confusing part is the 1423 square feet aspect, could it be they are renovating the top floor to be a residential penthouse?
