8/19/22 - 916 N. Church St. sold for $965k

8/24/22 - 4 acres on Willard Street by Unity Pk was donated to the city.

9/1/22 -  22 S. Main ST sold for $4.8 mm

9/2/22 - 108 & 110 E. Stone Ave  sold for $1.6mm  .485 acres 

9/2/22 -  Parking lot at Markley and Rhett sold for $2,252,324.  .84 acres

9/6/22 - 916 E. Washington ST sold for $325k

about 6 yrs ago, there was a plan to build a road through there, but they found the soil couldn't handle the engineering (wetlands)

Keith Jones, McNeil Epps and Hunter Garrett of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, 135 South Main Street LLC, in leasing 1,063 square feet of office space in Suite 402 at 135 S. Main St., Greenville, to Waters Development Corporation LLC.

T Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Clear Water Investing USA LLC, the tenant that leased a 2,732-square-foot office space at 714 Pettigru St. in Greenville from Patrick S. Victory.

Brad Doyle, senior adviser with KDS Commercial Properties LLC, represented Applied Research Associates Inc. in leasing second floor space at Pendleton West, 607 Pendleton St. in Greenville. Keith Jones and McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Good Wall Properties LLC, in the sale of a 20,285-square-foot office building at 617 E. McBee Ave., Greenville, to First Palmetto Bank.

Shannon Caldwell of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, 1300 Park Square LLC, in leasing 1,014 square feet of retail space in Suite C-2 at 1322 E. Washington St. in Greenville to Z Construction.

108-110 E. Stone Ave. (,485 acres with buildings)sold for $1,600,000 on 9/2/22.  

309 E. Stone Ave. (.77 acres with building)  sold for $1,625,000 on 9/20/22. 

23 Wade Hampton Blvd (.213 acres with building) sold for $615,000 on 9/23/22. The buyer already owns the adjoining property at 31 Wade Hampton Blvd.

10/12/2022: 722 E. McBee St sold for $1.1 mm, .348 acre parcel. Buyer owns 712,714,716 E. McBee St. Total of 1.37 acres with frontage on new SRT section.  

10/17/2022: 106 E. Stone Ave. sold for $750k, .223 acre parcel.  Same buyer also bought 114 E. Stone Ave. and 123 Vannoy St. for $1,187,501. Buyer also owns 108, 110 E. Stone Ave. Total of 1 acre.   

10/19/2022: 601 Buncombe St, 309 Butler Ave and 711 Buncombe St sold for $3mm. 3.05 acres. 

 11/2/2022: 109 E. North St sold for $550k.
