1015 S. Main St. (corner of Main and Markley) sold for $500k on 4/11/23. .48 acre parcel.  This is part of the assemblage for the 1015 S. Main project.

1180 Pendleton Street sold for $500k on 4/11/23. Parcel is .346 acres. 

1186 Pendleton Street sold for $2mm on 4/11/ 23. Parcel is 1.08 acres. Buyer of both 1180 and 1186 is Mill Village Ministries. 

104 Grace Street sold for $300k on 4/14/23. .205 acre vacant lot.

7/6/23: 14 University St. sold for $1.6mm 

7/10/23: 19 Cleveland St. sold for $2.4mm

7/19/23: 712 N. Main St. sold for $752,500

7/20/23:  516 Arlington Ave sold for 190k.

8/1/23: 619 N. Main St sold for $1.25mm

8/1/23: 9 Bradshaw St sold for $800k

8/1/23: 28 Howe St. sold for $1.8mm  [same buyer as 9 Bradshaw St.] 

8/3/23: 119 Manly St. sold for $665k

8/4/23: 563 Perry Ave. sold for $425k

I had  heard that from residents and saw the postings online yesterday. This is disappointing, as it dashes my hopes that someone would tear it down if it remained under single ownership.

No one would spend that kind of money just to tear it down. Land isn't that expensive yet.

This is odd. I'm not sure what you read there that implied 'today' (???).  Multiple owners (as condos) are going to present obstacles to redevelopment at ANY point in the future.

This is a rather unfortunately developed piece of land in a great location.

We'll all be in our graves before that would be likely, the building isn't that old.
