To be clear, this appears to be Pacolet Milliken.  That is the real estate company that was spun off of the textile company.

Exactly. Pacolet Milliken is historically related to Milliken & Co in Spartanburg, but haven't been part of the same company since around 2007. Roger Milliken loved to buy up land, and he used this real estate arm to do it. It's actually a pretty cool real estate development company. One of the more interesting things they do is take old defunct hydro power plants (usually at old mill or canal sites) and modernize them so they generate power again.

Two parcels of land which together front on Rhett Street from O'Neal to Wardlaw Streets sold last week. The combined 1.2 acre parcel sold for 2.5 million.
Each parcel is in a different name but they both have the same registered agent with the SC Secretary of State's office. The agent is the V.P. of JHM Hotels. JHM owns the Hyatt on Main Street and is building the new hotel slated for the Greenville News site.

Does anyone have more info?

David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick represented the landlord, Mountain City Land & Improvement Co. LLC, in leasing a 1,685 SF office space at Innovate, 148 River St., Suite 205, Greenville, to Broadstreet Partners LLC.

Rick Cauthen, P.E. represented the landlord, Harpro Properties LLC, in leasing a 1,270 SF office space at 101-B Augusta St., Greenville, to Greenville Arts Festival Inc.

John Gray and Drew Stamm represented the seller, Chudrow Empire LLC, in the sale of 3,294 SF of office property to Thomasville National Bank at 706 E. Washington St., Greenville.

Jack Snedigar represented Kent Worldwide Development in leasing a 3,000 SF space at 25 E. Court St., Greenville, to Kirchner Design Inc.

Jack Snedigar represented Kent Worldwide Development in leasing a 1,000 SF corporate office space at 135 S. Main St., Greenville, to CresCom Bank.

Willz Tolbert represented the landlord, Marke2 LLC, in the 1,883 SF lease of 1204-A E. Washington St., Greenville, to HPLP LLC.

Charles Humphreys represented the seller, Reeves Partnership LP in selling 5.504 AC at 1525 E. Washington St., Greenville, to Hilton Real Estate LLC.

Keith Jones and Kelly Sullivan represented the landlord, Anne & James Gibbons, in leasing a 4,200 SF office condo at 7 S. Laurens St., Greenville, to The Worthwhile Company Inc.

Laurens Rd DOT facilities going on the market.  I thought the DEW building on Pendleton was to be sold as well, but it does not appear to be in the first batch.

Sellers; Julius, Pam and Deb Aiken, in the sale of 5.78 AC of land on Wade Hampton Boulevard near Stone Avenue in Greenville, to Ron Rallis.

This is across from where Church meets Wade Hampton.  There is a Single Family Residence on top of a significant sized hill.
