"Obamacare" is upheld

Even though there are more conservatives on the supreme court, they put aside politics and voted based on the constitution and law.

However there is one little change. The individual mandate remains but people can't be penalized by paying a fine if they don't buy healthecare so it would be a tax instead.

It really no different from auto insurance. No you don't have to drive or own a car but if you do, you have to have auto insurance. It's a mandate
