Recommended Posts

Billy Manes and the folks at the Orlando Weekly have been making this case for sometime about DPAC, but Atlantic Cities ponders the question nationally. While Bob Carr's occupancy rate has been famously high for years, will the arts organizations scheduled to make the move to DPAC have the demand to pay sharply higher rents?

I'm still optimistic, but I have no doubt it will be a challenge.
