City looking to reduce office vacancy numbers

Over the last two months, a JEDC advisory committee has plotted ways the City can encourage more retail and residences downtown. On the other hand, the committee has looked for ways to reduce an ample supply of commercial space.

That's good news. I like how they're bending the rules for some companies, like Fidelity. They really need to expand. Hopefully, the vacancy will reduce.

I hope more businesses go straight to downtown instead of building little office complexes of JTB. The more businesses that will go to downtown, the better our city will be!

And the more businesses that move to JTB, the worse traffice will get. Downtown has way more transportation options, compared to Southside.
