Months spent negotiating with TriLegacy over how the Shipyards developer spent $36 million in City money have forced the mayor

This was to be expected given all the delays. The main thing long term, is that the Shipyards gets built.

I agree. Right now, I'm mostly concerned with the central core, and the historic buildings over there. Once the core becomes developed and solid, it'll be easier to spread out. The Shipyards would have been isolated anyways. Hopefully, Bay St. will be booming, allowing for a better flow between developments.
