Riverfront Towers condos now on sale

Condominium units overlooking the Detroit River in the 29-story Tower 300 of Riverfront Towers complex are being offered on sale, Ram Development Co. has announced.

Sixty percent of the 295 units have been sold to current residents who had the first chance to purchase them, leaving about 118 units for sale. Prices start at $100,000, and the building has one- and two-bedroom units that range from 550 square feet to 1,300 square feet, said Ram project manager Jon Rosenthal.

Tower 300 is the southernmost of three towers in the complex, which includes a grocery store, dry cleaner, beauty salon and a 77-slip marina as well as covered parking in a five-story garage.
