Massive TOD In Bloomington, MN

This project is a 42.4 acre mixed-use, transit-oriented development. It will include 1,100 residential units, a 650-room hotel and conference center, as well as office and retail space. The project centers around Bloomington's Central Station. The first phase, which includes two 16-story condos, might begin this fall.

It's nice that they are doing a transit oriented development. After all it would've been a heck of a lot easier to just forget about the transit and just build more parking lots.
