Do you consider a city with a unique feel to it like New Orleans southern?

New Orleans is Southern with a french twang. Its probably one of the most pristine Old Southern Cities around.

is atlanta southern?

Urban Atlanta has been called "non-southern" before.... but I disagree. People tend to associate urbanity with "northern" and rural with "southern" which is completely understandable, but false. Southern cities can be urban and still maintain their character.

yea i know that, and i dont see why the 9/11 forum was closed...the information givin for closing could be that the website wasnt updated? anyway not to read on and then close the forum is interesting? anyway.
