Any update on the Statler or Book-Cadillac?

Statler is still waiting to come down. The red awnings are gone, and you can see into the building, but it's still sitting there.

Book Cadillac deal still has not been signed. So we are still waiting for SOMETHING to happen with the building. The interior demo is ongoing. They haul away a few truckloads full of debris each day.
