Groundbreaking for a $14 million, 110-unit senior apartment building in Detroit is scheduled for Thursday. The Village of Woodbridge Manor, a three-story to be completed in November 2005 is being built north of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, west of the John C. Lodge Freeway. It is a collabrative project by the Detroit Housing Commission, Presbyterian Villages of Michigan, Sun American Affordable Housing Partners and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
