Environmental engineering firm signs lease for Guardian Building floor

DETROIT| The environmental engineering firm of Hazen and Sawyer has signed a lease for office space and will occupy the entire 33rd floor of the Guardian Building, says Danny Samson, vice president of brokerage for the Sterling Group.

Hazen and Sawyer was represented by Sam Munaco of Signature Associates. The Guardian Building was represented by Samson.

The Guardian Building was recently purchased by 500 Associates LLC., a joint venture between Detroit's Sterling Group and New York Capital. The building is located at 500 Griswold Avenue in downtown Detroit.

Granite Production Facility buys 9455 West Fort in Detroit

Detroit| Insite Commercial Group/TCN Worldwide sold 9455 West Fort in Detroit. This 10,950 square foot building was sold to Granite Production Facility. Gary Gruskowski, vice president of the Industrial Division and Christian Hill, industrial associate represented the seller, Marion Raubar Woodruff Revocable Living in this sales transaction.
