I dont realy have a problem with most of the designs that have been posted with the exeption of Atlantas. For a city that size it was just wrong of the designer to have drawn that ugly thing .I know it was a renovation but looks like a city with that much money could have "threw their weight around a little more". I tend to be in favor of something like Kansas citys.

They said it would be a couple of years, I believe.

I think I read it would be at least 2007 befor groundbreaking.I think its due to budget restrictions or something.

Correct. The GSA is selecting sites only at this time. There has been a moritorium placed on Federal Budget Expenditures for construction of new Federal Court Houses until 2007 at the earliest.

Looks like Bob Inglis has proposed "Carroll A. Campbell, Jr. Federal Courthouse" as the name not that should be a shock to anyone but this is the legislation for it
