Hmm... There are 68 bulidings going up around NYC according to emporis.

The TWC Complex - FT has been started.

Bank of America

NY Times Tower

-possibly a tower complex in Queens if NYC wins the bid for the 2012 Olymipcs

Emporis is becoming too commercialized. You have to pay for alomst everything there, and that seems to include a list of what projects are going up around NYC.

There is also a project to modernize the subway system. I'm not sure what the status is on that one.

Wow! Those are some extensive skyscrapers that are going to be built in New York. Downtown will really develop into something great with the addition of the Freedom Tower.

ID Magazine had a great article this month about the 'green' design for the new Second Avenue subway line. I'll scan some of the images later.
