I think Miami is trying to construct another Art Deco type of thing in downtown.midtown is going to be great.

I just hope the surrounding areas' land value rises as well.Places like liberty city and opa locka should be getting help in development and land value.Hialeah defenitely looks better, specially with all the road improvements.

Amen to that. I especially love the Ross and PetSmart since they have the best corner ends. I also noticed that they did not have a rendering of Target amongst the others. I can't wait to see how this all turns out.
