Where will this African town be located in Detroit? Is it near downtown?

Despite all of the controversy surrounding it, I kind of like the idea of developing a district focusing on the culture of African-americas. I'm assuming this would be similar to a Greektown or Chinatown. Is the city planning to do a special streetscape for this?

I honestly have no idea where this would be. I'm assuming it would be near downtown. Interestingly enough, the original proposal for Africantown had nothing to do with African culture. It was simply a blacks only business district. I'm hoping that this will change into more of a cultural district though.
