RFP issued for Laura Trio

The Police and Fire Pension Fund has issued a Request for Proposals for the Bisbee, Marble Bank and Florida Life buildings.

Fund administrator John Keane said an RFP for phase one of the project was issued last week, making its way to more than 50 architectural firms nationwide.

I hope things get started in November. The clock is ticking on these buildings. The location of Laura Place couldn't be better. While the views might not be waterfront, these buildings are in the heart of downtown. This will be great for the central core.
