see this giant doughnut photo?  it has as much to do with this thread as politics mentioned a few posts above.  Lets keep politics out of ALL threads except for the political digression thread otherwise this whole site will decline rapidly especially in an upcoming election year.  PLEASE.

Why help Levine with your posts like this?

look for the posting with lots of Red down arrows above.

I should have assumed using Trump as an example would make people think I was being political, but I really was only talking about his history as a developer and property owner. I tried to get that across by not saying anything about his politics, but next time I'll find another developer with a questionable development record to use an an example. Sorry about that.

I made a similar comment a couple months ago.  It's difficult not to see the similarities, and they extend beyond what you wrote.

and still taking up a lane for no good reason.

The boarding up is being done by what seems to be a single crew of like 2 or 3 guys, a.k.a. as cheaply as it can possibly be done. Not sure he can afford to also be working on cleaning up the lane at the same time, what with the lane usage fees and property tax bills he's gotta pay soon. Construction labor is pricey nowadays. #levinesbroke

Levine paid their taxes on 12/20/18 of last year. Can't wait to check back to see if those get paid before interest begins.. that may very well show the health of the companies finances :)

Well all of the tax bills were paid on 12/27/2019 except for the Ellis hotel site which was paid on 10/4/2019. The assessment/tax bills for about two thirds of the properties are being appealed, but the parking deck is not one of those.
