Will renovate the current Ramada east of Grant Street into a more luxury/business and internet accesible focused hotel. It is a big step up in style and service and will probably raise the ranking of the hotel property. The lobby will be completely refurbished as well as new 25" TVs, ergonomic furniture and highspeed wireless installed in each refurbished room! Completion is schedueled for June of next year!
