Yeah, I think it is great! Living off of Providence, I drive by there whenever I go up towards uptown, and they are really making progress. There has been a crane there for some time and I believe they are done with the foundation/basement area and should be working up soon.

I know a guy who wants the house. He wants to tear down his house and move the big yellow house on his property. Hear the house is in good shape. It was remodel not too long ago. We will see if this happens. They can't move it too far.

The building is impressive. If that doesn't say urban then I don't know what does. That skyline shot gave me chills.

they have 2 tower cranes up on the site and it is coming out of the ground nicely. I think they are working on the third level now.

i didn't really get to see the site while i was in charlotte. i went to the bojangles on randolph early saturday morning, but the sun wasn't up yet so when i drove by the site i couldn't really see anything. looks like it's going along pretty nicely.

Wow, I had no idea this project was going on; what a "stately" project.

Batson-Cook is making a killing in Charlotte these days.

i think it's interesting to see the scale of the buildings, when you look at the renderings and then at the guy climbing the ladder of the spiral roof accent thingy (can't think of what they're called.)

I go by this project everyday going to work, and while its nice and all it just seems out of place to me.
