Rosewood has moved the house to the east side behind a wall.

That complex is gigantic. And it seemed to just fly up. Why can't public works get their projects done as fast as some private developers!?

^ It's called capitalism! Another example of the private sector having more of an incentive to build! Just look at the human genome project; it would be a good decade away if it were't for private ventures! It's virtually complete at the moment.

I went by today and it's massive edifice. I am sure the condos will look nice but Cotswold is all low and midrise and the Rosewood towers really stand out

They are quite monolithic, however they still are just barely taller than the trees. This is definitely a good addition for the area.

I think the trees around it are perfect for kind of masking its total size.

Oh, I agree totally. The trees that they were able to keep on-site, that was a great move. It does blend in pretty very well and I like the density.

They do seem to have taken the "fairy tale castle" motif a tad bit far. It's cool looking though, I think. Very regal.

drove by Rosewood today, and i have to admit, I felt like the Providence Plaza project across the street was more imposing than Rosewood - must be due to the fact that Rosewood has a bigger setback and they saved all those trees in the front. I think this is a very nice looking building and good project overall. Just wish I could afford one of the condos with the castle turrets!

I will get some photos as soon as it warmers up a little. It is going to be a nice looking project. This is a big addition for this part of town.

i have never seen so much scaffolding before. it really is coming together. and the project across the street really is more imposing than rosewood. i agree that it has to do with the fact that it's right on the road compared to the setback of rosewood.

Does anyone know when the move in date will be for new purchasers?
