Another residential building for the plaza?

In today's Star there was an article about the recently completed Plaza Colonnade.

In it says this:

The developers also have authority to erect an eight-story, 16-unit residential building on the property. With the Plaza housing market red hot these days, Copaken said, the partners are taking a hard look at moving forward with the residential component.

This wouldn't be a highrise but would still look good and make the area more dense. It'd be the 7th building proposed since 2002 in the plaza that is over 8 floors...
