So, I am getting Booted out of my current adress... I need a cheap place to live. Not a good thing to look for in November in Tallahassee, but his is wha ti am stuck with. I would like to live convinient to campus, my jobs are on Pens (JimmyJohns) and John Knox (clearchannel) and gas is too expensive to keep driving from the Far east. Any Ideas?

Well Murphy... I live at Renegade Village the rent here is $475, but it varies by unit because each on is independantly owned. On top of that add $100 for cable and internet. Then another $65 for power. There are other alternatives, such as living with other people, but I'm right behind Doak, I could probably throw a rock and break a window and the buses run rather frequently in this area, plus it puts you right there at Pensacola St just around the block.

1bdr for 475... That is a fantastic location.  It is awsome to drive down ((bellview??? i think it is parrallel to pens and jack bluff)) and see the stadium with DT behind it.

Well Bellview is directly in front of the apartments that I live in here on Hayden Road and you're right, the downtown is in direct view behind doak!

New residents haunted by old garbage at apartments

Shortly after students began moving into Jefferson Point apartments on Tharpe Street, some began to suspect that the place hadn't been cleaned up.

The hints? Maggotts and spoiled food in the refrigerator, pornographic photos tacked to the walls, a smelly carpet and garbage left behind.
