ghostly gloom of Boston

It gets real foggy along the coast of Boston making for some really ghostly views of places that are so bright and colorful on other days.

cold dreary construction site

subway trip to nowhere

dim vapor shrouds residential buildings along Revere Beach

The brightest place in town is a subway station

Old buildings rise into the fog

even the waterfowl leave the water seeking warmth

Anyone (no one) for boating?

piers devoid of sun worshippers

somehow the hideous city hall building looks better in this light

modern glassy blue skyscraper is lost in the soup

Great pics, tocoto . It looks so mystical & cool, yet at the same time so depressing. Oh well, Michigan is gloomy like that all winter (which just started yesterday - we had our first snowflakes last night), so I'd better get used to it.
