Way to go Cannon for making a commitment to Jacksonville! Looks like it will be a very nice space for your expanded operations.

I have been in that space and I always thought it would make a great studio space. The ceilings are high, the views are great and the location is fantastic. It is nice to see local firms getting involved with the rebirth of downtown by helping to revitalize the current building stock of downtown. Kudos to Cannon.

I agree with Vic that lack of parking has likely prohibited other renovations. I understand that if the Marble Bank development ever occurs, the site that Cannon is utilizing for surface parking will become a garage as part of that development.

I agree, and I cant believe I'm saying this (remember those 6 blocks west of Hemming Plaza), but hat's off to Cannon!!!

As far as the parking goes, a tall garage would be great on their parking lot, but for now, it will do.
